Job description

We are recruiting a Wholesale Administrator to play a pivotal role in stock management, streamlining the wholesale channel, and enhancing the customer experience. Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Lead Logistics: Oversee intake and dispatch for forward and immediate order accounts, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Critical Path Management: Track customer-level timelines, providing detailed plans and updates to ensure delivery accuracy.
  3. Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships, offering delivery updates, sales support, and top-tier service to key accounts.
  4. Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor intake/dispatch schedules and provide weekly forecasts to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  5. Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to identify in-season stock opportunities and help achieve sales targets.
  6. Data & Process Ownership: Manage customer processes, maintain databases, and handle administrative tasks aligned with critical path dates.
  7. Sample & Asset Management: Coordinate product samples and fulfill wholesale account requests efficiently.
  8. Market Preparation: Prepare for market events by creating line sheets, managing JOOR sales platform uploads, and assisting with market setup.
  9. Order Management: Handle reorders, exchanges, and RTVs, including all related paperwork and invoicing.

Person Specification:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion brand, with a solid understanding of the critical path.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, including VLOOKUP) and confident administration abilities.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks.
  4. Highly organised, self-motivated, and an excellent team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
