Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational management in the wellness area
• Professional personal and telephone consultation and care for our guests
• Collaboration in the further development of our offerings and training measures
• Maintenance of our systems, especially guest files and product palette (TAC)
• Ensuring and further developing our standards

Your Profile

• Leadership experience in a spa in a 5* hotel or an upscale wellness club
• Training in the wellness sector, management training is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German & English. Italian is an advantage
• Good computer skills in MS Office programs as well as TAC
• Sales talent and a good sense for people, high team orientation
• High commitment, resilience
• Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
