Job description

Job Role:

As a freelance wedding coordinator, you will:

  1. Assist with planning, organising, and coordinating weddings.
  2. Be present on wedding days to manage timelines, vendors, and logistics.
  3. Provide exceptional service to couples and their families, ensuring their day runs smoothly.
  4. Assist brides and bridesmaids with personal tasks, including dressing, adjusting attire, and last-minute fixes.
  5. Oversee day before set ups, rehearsals and manage on-the-day problem-solving.
  6. Collaborate closely with our lead planner and vendor teams.

Requirements:

  1. This role is for female candidates only due to the nature of the position.
  2. Prior experience in wedding or event coordination (preferred but not necessary - passion is more important!)
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  4. Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and public holidays.
