Wedding Coordinator
Job description
Job Role:
As a freelance wedding coordinator, you will:
- Assist with planning, organising, and coordinating weddings.
- Be present on wedding days to manage timelines, vendors, and logistics.
- Provide exceptional service to couples and their families, ensuring their day runs smoothly.
- Assist brides and bridesmaids with personal tasks, including dressing, adjusting attire, and last-minute fixes.
- Oversee day before set ups, rehearsals and manage on-the-day problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with our lead planner and vendor teams.
Requirements:
- This role is for female candidates only due to the nature of the position.
- Prior experience in wedding or event coordination (preferred but not necessary - passion is more important!)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and public holidays.
