Responsibilities:
- Understanding the wider strategic objectives of the business to implement an online event program that supports lead generation and brand awareness; contributing to overall revenue generation
- Working closely with the growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run our international B2B events program: end-to-end management of webinars, full execution of the logistics and operations
- Driving marketing-influenced pipeline and generating MQLs
- Supporting the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns with the wider team
- Maintaining webinar records and contribution to monthly reporting
- Managing multiple webinars with our key strategic partners including comms via newsletters, in-app and chat bot advertising & working with the product marketing and partner managers
- Increasing registrations for and engagement with webinars
- Hosting prep sessions/rehearsals, briefing senior stakeholders on best practices & managing post-event engagement
- Producing live events or recording sessions, quickly solving problems as they arise
- Developing virtual event feedback surveys and post-event reports
- Staying up-to-date on webinar trends and implementing changes to improve the quality of our webinars
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in successfully managing and delivering webinars in the HR, payroll, and fintech industry
- Experience in CMS and webinar platforms (Zoom or similar)
- Strong organizational and workload prioritization skills
- Analysis of webinars and reporting and ability to propose improvements to enhance the attendee experience
- A broader knowledge of marketing and keen to learn more about the combined marketing approach
