  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bachelors Degree in digital marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing and web management.
  • Google Webmaster tools, Google Analytics or Google AdWords Keyword Planner certification would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in WordPress Content Management System (CMS).
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Experience managing and growing social media profiles on platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Proactiveness and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's website.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
  • Ensure that the website's design, content, and functionality align with the brand's image and objectives.
  • Monitor website analytics to track user engagement, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the website's visibility in search engine results.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure effective communication and interaction with the audience.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels to maintain a unified and recognizable brand identity.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the user experience and design of the organization's digital platforms.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible to a diverse audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to optimize the organization's digital presence.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing the digital presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, IT, and communication, to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
