Duties & Responsibilities

1. Work directly with clients as their financial wellness coach, helping them improve their lives by educating, coaching, and empowering them to reach their financial goals.
2. Provide sound, comprehensive financial advice and guidance, ensuring a high-quality client experience during every interaction.
3. Construct personalised financial plans aligned with clients' lifestyles and financial needs.
4. Meet with clients to form a financial outlook and implement necessary steps for creating and accumulating wealth.
5. Monitor clients' needs and adjust their financial plans accordingly.
6. Obtain new clients and foster long-lasting relationships.
7. Actively seek out new opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media.
8. Look after and grow a portfolio of clients.
9. Participate in weekly team meetings for feedback and continued education.
10. Stay updated on the latest regulations, practices, and financial products.
11. Build and manage your professional practice.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

1. Grade 12 (Matric)
2. Degree / BCOM Advantageous

Minimum 2 years working experience

Requirements (Essential)

4. A valid driver's license
5. Own laptop
