Responsibilities

1. Check and confirm that the operator task list has been completed.
2. Submit the weekly pasteurizer report to the Account Manager before the weekends.
3. Submit the weekly utility report to the Account Manager before the weekends.
4. Submit the daily chlorine dioxide residuals to the brewing Technician before 3 pm to include in the daily report.
5. Confirm that all actions for the operators are completed.
6. Check and record all stock levels.
7. Complete a daily usage report.
8. Compile Action Log for each report.
9. Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician before shift end.
10. Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems, Pasteurizers, and Chlorine dioxide.
11. Attend meetings & escalate issues to the right people.
12. Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations.
13. Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site).
14. Attend morning meetings.
15. Conduct CIP validations.
16. Capture data/ concerns from operators.
17. Oversee receiving of stock.
18. Clean Sampling Lines.
19. Manage to check and confirm that the operator task list has been completed.
20. Confirm that all daily actions for the operators are completed and all actions set out by AM to the technician have been completed.
21. Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
22. Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator.
23. Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations.
24. Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers, and Chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes.
25. Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, and around chemical stations.
26. Clean bromination and PWR sumps during line maintenance days.
27. Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary.
28. Check if there are enough testing reagents onsite.
29. Capture data/ concerns from operators.
30. Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations.
31. Oversee receiving of stock.
32. Submit the daily utility report to Account Manager/Technician before shift ends.

Expectations

1. Operator tasks are complete and up to standard.
2. All relevant info from meetings filtered up to Brewing AM.
3. All actions completed from meetings.
4. Stock in control.
5. Improvement Initiatives in line with AM’s commitments.
