Minimum Requirements

1. Must have a tertiary qualification within the field or related fields.
2. Must have 3-5 years of experience in Operations (Warehouse, retail, construction experience will be beneficial).
3. Must be a strong initiator and operation styles.
4. Must have experience in managing a team previously.
