Warehouse Team Leader

Omega, working in co-operation with DHL, has an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join their company based at HMP Coldingley.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Team Leader

• Manage the day-to-day operations with groups of prisoners
• Comply with HMP processes regarding management and recording of prisoners' activity
• Ensure that all KPIs and production requirements are achieved and exceeded
• Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse
• Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders
• Maintain training and induction packs for all staff members

Qualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Team Leader

• Ability to work in a prison environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a supply chain environment
• Good understanding of operational processes
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and effectively

If successful, candidates will be required to provide information to complete an Enhanced Level 1 Security Clearance vetting check.
