Warehouse & Supply Manager

Responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods efficiently. This role focuses on planning tasks and deliveries to meet production needs, ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and on time. It also manages product distribution to customers, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Scheduling of production plans in line with quarterly customer demand.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee stock movements, ensuring proper storage and tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and full stock takes, minimizing variances.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and control warehouse-related costs, including labor, storage, and equipment maintenance.
• Work with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse staff to build a high performing team.
