What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Motivate: Supervise a team of warehouse pickers and forklift drivers, ensuring high standards in performance and productivity.
• Order Fulfilment: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Health & Safety: Maintain top-tier safety standards, ensuring that the warehouse environment is secure and hazard-free.
• Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse organized and clean, promoting an efficient workspace.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all equipment, inventory management systems, and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
• Qualification: Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics.
• Leadership: A proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
