Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the warehouse follows the rules for handling goods.
2. Check the results of the warehouse work and report any problems to the manager.
3. Follow the safety rules and escalate any violations to the manager.
4. Keep the warehouse clean and safe for food products.
5. Check the equipment and report any damage to the manager.
6. Follow the display guidelines for products and rotate them.
7. Check the condition of the warehouse and report any repairs to the manager.
8. Check the vehicles daily and weekly and fill out the checklists with the driver.
9. Check the status of outgoing deliveries and plan for picking stock on time.
10. Check that stock is loaded according to the sheet and give the paperwork to the driver.
11. Receive incoming deliveries on the system and file the paperwork.
12. Investigate shortages and tell the manager.
13. Conduct Stock Counts.
