Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to plan and execute shipments, optimizing delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory status, order fulfillment, and staff performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment, ideally in retail or ICT manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing inventory and overseeing order processing.
