Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• To manage the stores functions for a specific site.

• Oversee receiving, storage, and despatch of products.
• Ensure that all products are handled/stored correctly and distributed as per company procedures.
• Responsible for stock takes & cycle counts in the warehouse.

• Coordinate the transport requirements for deliveries ensuring that deliveries are efficient and cost effective and that the appropriate safety signage is displayed on vehicles.

• Mentor, supervise, and train warehouse staff.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure lifting equipment is maintained according to OEM and industry standards.

• Generate and interpret reports on key metrics.
