Warehouse Supervisor

Our Client in the Retail industry is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the storage, organization, and distribution of goods in the DC warehouse.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Implementing inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
2. Coordinating stock replenishments and tracking stock movements.
3. Supervising the receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods.
4. Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
6. Managing and training warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
7. Delegating tasks and monitoring employee performance.
8. Enforcing company policies and workplace safety standards.
9. Coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and retail stores for smooth operations.
10. Scheduling and optimizing delivery routes.
11. Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
12. Ensuring warehouse operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
13. Preparing reports on inventory, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
14. Identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
15. Ensuring accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.

Only Candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory experience will be considered.
