Innovative company, behind a leading online group buying app, is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their growing team in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Business, Project Management or Supply Chain related qualification.
Completed SHEQ qualification.
8 or more years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager specific to FMCG.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth processes in inventory management, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments.
Lead and develop a motivated warehouse team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory control through accurate stock monitoring, daily cycle counts, and minimizing losses.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, conducting regular safety training and audits.
Implement continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Manage the warehouse budget, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Oversee logistics, including transportation and fleet management, ensuring top-tier operational standards.
