Minimum of a Degree, BCom Supply Chain would be preferable
Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
Have at least 3 years experience in an administrative position within a factory or Warehouse environment
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
Responsibilities:
Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the Company's Health and Safety policies.
Assist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department.
Assist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables.
Manage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material control.
Update the efficiency schedules on a daily basis.
Update weekly wages and other production schedules.
General administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
Update the register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring trends and statistics.
Follow up on DRM actions.
Submit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
