Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Control

• Cycle Counting (Counting, Checking and Capturing)
• Updating Bin Locations and Bin Labels
• Receiving items for credit
• Ensuring the system stock matches what is in the warehouse, and vice versa

Stock Ordering

• Raising daily stock transfers from other branches
• Buying of items that are not transferred from branches
• Filing

Supplying Other Key Warehouse Functions

• Supporting the dispatch team, when needed
• Supporting the receiving team, when needed
• Assisting at the counter, when needed
• Other tasks as directed by the Branch Manager

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years Warehouse experience
• Good leadership skills
• Good product knowledge
• IT literacy
• Mathematical literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Office and telephone etiquette
• Good understanding of operational flow of a company

• Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

• Warehouse: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Do you have a valid driver's license? (Preferred)
