Warehouse Controller
Job description
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Controller.
- Highly effective skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse Syspro ERP software and MS Office proficiency.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse activities and interface with other operational departments.
- Strong Organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Interface with internal customers and external customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to manage warehouse.
- Action and coordinate activities with other departments ( Sales / Services).
- Daily/Weekly & Monthly stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
- Filing of shipments loading & pickings sheet.
