Your Role / Areas of Responsibility:

1. Providing technical product information and marketing support for the full range of X-Ray products portfolio.
2. Developing and executing product strategies to achieve targets and market share growth for X-Ray products.
3. Fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to drive business opportunities and ensure new market penetration.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with business partners to drive business opportunities.
5. Staying informed about current industry, clinical trends, and competition to maximize the effectiveness of sales techniques.
6. Providing support for national/local exhibitions as requested and assisting in setting up local reference sites (for visits, workshops, etc.).
7. Delivering presentations and leading site visits based on the customers' clinical, operational, and financial needs.
8. Implementing and demonstrating X-Ray marketing activities.
9. Playing a vital role in driving the expansion of the Women's Health portfolio within the Zone.
10. Launching sales programs, promotions, and IBR plans.
11. Delivering training sessions, market inputs, and win-loss analysis to the Zone Business Manager.

Your Expertise:

BS/BA in a related discipline with a combination of demonstrable technical and clinical experience in X-Ray products. 3+ years of experience within the healthcare technology or medical device industry. Solid understanding of X-Ray technology. Demonstrated capacity to sell in complex environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. General commercial awareness and experience with sales quotas and forecasting. Experience in using MS Office tools. Dynamic and proactive personality. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering value and quality. Adaptive to change and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and experience of tender processes. X-Ray products knowledge is a must. Unlimited thinking and initiative. Willingness to travel within Africa.
