Warehouse and Distributions Supervisor - Umhlanga

Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor.

Salary: Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience, plus Provident fund of 7.5% of CTC

Requirements

1. 2-3 years Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor experience
2. Liquor Industry Experience will be an advantage
3. Computer Knowledge: Syspro experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

1. Manage receiving and distribution of warehouse operations
2. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols
3. Manage customer service as well as customer satisfaction, queries, complaints, etc.
4. Manage efficient deliveries
5. Manage warehouse and distribution staff
6. Perform HR functions as and when necessary – disciplinary procedures
7. Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity
8. Oversee the maintenance of fleet & warehouse equipment
9. Manage and coordinate all projects (onsite as well as offsite)
10. Interaction and communications with sales department
11. Implementation of policies and procedures (SOP)
12. Monthly stock takes and report on all variances
13. Process monthly reports, stats – WMS – Syspro
14. Utilize WMS and Syspro to manage stock holdings and variances
15. Interaction and dealing with various suppliers
16. Manage and control of Biotime
17. Interview all prospective warehouse and distribution employees and make recommendations on persons to be employed
18. Implementation of health and safety
19. Interaction with directors on various projects and day-to-day operations
20. Ensure the company image is upheld
