Waiter (German Speakers)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and assist them with seating arrangements
2. Present menus and take orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner
3. Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
4. Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
5. Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
6. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a professional manner
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining room
8. Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies
9. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service
10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
11. Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Strong team player with a positive attitude
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
7. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
8. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
