About the Role

As a Telephony, Voice, and Channel Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our communication infrastructure. Your work will drive operational efficiency and elevate the way our brand connects with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop telephony and voice channel strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Implement advanced telephony systems and voice communication solutions.
3. Design intuitive voice interaction experiences for IVR systems, virtual assistants, and voice bots.
4. Monitor and optimize telephony and voice channel performance.
5. Lead cross-functional teams to execute telephony and voice channel initiatives.
6. Analyze performance data to evaluate and refine strategies.
7. Oversee the integration of telephony technologies with other communication channels.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
9. Provide training and support to teams managing telephony systems.
10. Drive innovation in telephony and voice communication processes.

What You Bring

1. Experience:
   • Proven expertise in telephony system management, voice channel optimization, and omnichannel strategy development.
   • In-depth knowledge of technologies such as PBX, VoIP, SIP, and telecommunication protocols.
   • Proficiency in voice interaction design and Voice User Interface (VUI) principles.
2. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
3. Skills:
   • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
   • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments.
   • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and telephony security best practices.
