Responsibilities:

You know Retail sales inside and out; however, you aspire to be in a leadership role whilst maintaining your excellent sales record. In this role, you will fulfil a combined role of Sales trailblazer and Store Supervisor (in the absence of a store manager only). Together with management, you will inspire your team and make sure every customer has a great experience. It’s not easy, but it’s the kind of challenge that can make your career. MAIN FOCUS: SALES:

• Selling new Contracts, Upgrades, Cash Devices, Airtime, Fibre, Accessories, Insurance, and Financial Service provider products for both consumer and enterprise customers as well as offering Fixed solutions.
• New voice and broadband contracts.
• Retention of Mobile and Fibre contracts.
• Device insurance and Financial services.
• LTE, Fibre, and Wireless air sales.
• Sim Swops, Account payments, and Repair bookings.
• Resolving Customer Queries.
• Merchandising and general daily tasks.
• Able to sell in-store and promote within the mall and surrounding suburbs.
• Enterprise Business - Unified communications, cloud-hosting and security, managed network services, IOT and Mobile/ Voice connections.

SECONDARY FOCUS: STORE SUPERVISOR ROLE

HUMAN RESOURCES:

• Lead by example and maintain a high standard of motivation and a ONE Team Spirit.
• Able to manage people conflict and time management to achieve the best productivity levels.
• Creating an environment that makes your Team love what they do and always want to be at work.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE:

• Overseeing operationally administrator, creditors, shop fittings and IT, stock management, and compliance to Vodacom business rules.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS:

• Ensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all programs and initiatives related to product launches, festive deals, Black Friday offers, etc.
• Stay current on all our technology so that you can be an expert for your team and your customers.
• Merchandising and arranging aggressive promotions to ensure your store always looks its best.

CUSTOMER SERVICES:

• Complete ownership of all customer-related processes with 100% ability to ensure customer experience.
• Ensure that each person gets an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution to their wireless needs.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric certificate and all certificates of accomplishment must accompany your detailed updated CV.
• Solid computer proficiency.
• Prior sales and sales management experience with a customer-focused Retailer.
• Consultative sales in consumer technology, with a demonstrated record of high achievement.
• Unique ability to lead to deliver great results.
• Amazing communicator, both with customers and team mates.
• Previous Vodacom systems experience (UCS, VPP, M2, Skyline, and C3D) is advantageous.

• Competitive base pay (negotiable based on experience) plus unlimited commissions (BEST IN THE INDUSTRY GUARANTEED).
• Monthly commission earning +/- 10k to 20k + supplier incentives.

Trading hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Saturday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Sunday and Public Holiday: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

You will work 26 days a month and get alternate Sunday and alternate weekdays OFF per month.
