A leading name in the iGaming and Sports Betting space is looking for an Afrikaans-speaking VIP Host to join their elite team in Sandton. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone with strong industry experience, a flair for customer engagement, and the confidence to represent a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of Afrikaans-speaking VIP players
• Creating personalised player journeys through tailored rewards, promotions, and exclusive events
• Monitoring player behaviour to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for increased engagement
• Managing escalations and resolving VIP queries with professionalism and urgency
• Representing the brand at VIP events, both locally and internationally, when required
• Collaborating cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless VIP experience
• Producing regular reports and performance analysis to drive strategy and player lifetime value

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a VIP, Account Management, or Customer Success role within the iGaming or Sports Betting industry
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English – both spoken and written
• A proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with data, segmentation tools, and CRM platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events
• Passion for online gaming, sports, and providing top-tier service
