We’re Kasper, a creative agency offering on-demand content creation as a service. We empower brands and marketing teams to scale their creative output efficiently and with impact. Kasper is growing fast, and we’re seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. This is a unique chance to become part of a young and dynamic company, where you’ll play an integral role in our growth journey.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with our creative project manager to interpret client briefs and deliver engaging video content.
  • Learning and adapting to each client’s branding, style, and overall messaging goals.
  • Creating and editing video assets, including social media ads, product videos, branded content, and UGC-style videos.
  • Working across a variety of clients and industries, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, creative ideas.
  • Supporting Kasper with our own creative social content and marketing materials.

What we expect you to be / to have:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visuals, timing, and composition.
  • A ‘roll your sleeves up’ approach and readiness to work in a small, fast-paced team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with great time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with other editing software such as Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
