Key Requirements for the role:

1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a social media or digital agency environment.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap cut and other relevant video editing software.
3. Strong understanding of social media video formats and best practices.
4. Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
5. Ability to create engaging motion graphics and visual effects.
6. Solid understanding of audio editing and sound design.
7. Strong color correction and grading skills.
8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. A passion for social media and video content.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with other creative software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
2. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
3. Experience with shooting video content.
4. A good understanding of current social media trends and viral content.
