Job Overview

As Vice President, Account Management at Mastercard, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and achieving revenue growth in key customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level customers, providing customized solutions and consulting support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share, volume, and revenue growth goals.
  • Lead and manage key customer relationships, identifying opportunities and needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partner with customers to deliver comprehensive consulting support and drive business growth.
  • Manage pipeline development and maintain a deep understanding of customer business operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales strategy development and execution in complex global accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitability in key customer accounts.
  • Proven track record in supervising and coaching teams of account managers.
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals and incorporate new solutions into existing customer accounts.
