Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President - Investment Banking Originations.

The Vice President will be responsible for:

1. Developing and maintaining client relationships
2. Identifying and originating new business opportunities in Africa
3. Conducting due diligence
4. Overseeing financial modeling
5. Leading deal execution
6. Preparing and delivering client presentations
7. Managing junior team members

Qualifications

1. Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Finance
2. Extensive experience in Investment Banking and Due Diligence
3. Exceptional Analytical Skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
6. Experience in middle-market transactions is preferred
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous
