The EO Accelerator (EOA) Program is designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses to the next level. Through mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and access to a global network of experienced entrepreneurs, the program empowers participants with the tools and knowledge needed for rapid and sustainable VP's primary focus is the strategic leadership of the program's goals, including expanding the participant base, fostering vibrant communities, curating impactful program content, and ensuring seamless operations. The VP has oversight for the program's resources and provides both thought leadership support and day-to-day support, ensuring the Accelerator program furthers EO's broader vision and strategic is a remote role with preferred locations of Japan, Mexico, India, or South DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain strategies for program growth and stability in collaboration with other internal leaders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of detailed project plans and tracking systems to ensure continuous improvement and momentum in program functions.
  • Identify opportunities to develop replicable processes that support scalable growth.
  • Maintain the fiscal integrity of the program as the individual responsible for the submission of annual budgets and ongoing budget management to accurately reflect the program's financial condition on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Negotiate contracts for events and vendors as required for each program.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in the creation of learning and development content, ensuring high quality and continuity.
  • Lead the program in a manner that supports and aligns with the EO vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate and align the program with the broader organization, including events, learning, communication, and creative initiatives.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional member service, characterized by well-organized calls, responsive communications, and adequate support for local efforts.
  • Accountable for the team meeting metrics related to the number of new participants, graduates, and overall program health.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the Director, Accelerator to review and debrief on all aspects of program progress, updates, development, and execution.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Oversee the creation and use of documents and templates for the team to ensure professional, clear, and concise communication with members, staff, and partners.
  • Conduct annual reviews of team progress, providing discussions, explanations, and tools to sustain, improve, and enhance the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry work experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Understanding of business acceleration practices and strategic alignment with organizational vision.
  • 8+ years of project management and execution experience, including creating and executing detailed project plans.
  • 5+ years of direct managerial experience, including conducting one-on-one meetings and facilitating team planning sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, training, and/or instructional design experience preferred
  • Ability to accommodate global travel and flexible working hours.
  • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy and poise.
  • Experience in event management, including budget management and contract negotiation.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certifications preferred.
