Job Title: Vice President – Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development and innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies, vertical sales, and new partnerships.

This role will play a critical part in shaping our company's future by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for various industries, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us to drive brand impact and engagement.
  • Create compelling sponsorship opportunities for businesses to integrate into our locations, working closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Integrate data and insights to support industry narratives, providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs, market feedback, and emerging trends, informing the development of vertical narratives.
  • Manage the roadmap of vertical narrative rollout and product development requests, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and maximize revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life.
  • Support the Sales team in securing strategic RFP opportunities, driving revenue growth and sell-through rates.
  • Lead and mentor a Director of Business Development and Innovation, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing, Media, and Partnerships.
  • Proven expertise in building go-to-market strategies and narratives, supporting sales organizations or marketing teams.
  • A history of driving innovation through business development, product innovation, and new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making informed and sound decisions that propel the business forward.
  • Leverage industry relationships to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to build new product solutions.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills, with outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
