What You'll Do:

1. Oversee the Academy's academic programs, curriculum, and accreditation
2. Drive strategic learning initiatives to support our business goals
3. Manage funding grants and skills development portfolios
4. Lead a team of professionals and foster a culture of growth & excellence
5. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks

What We're Looking For:

1. Relevant degree with at least 10 years of experience in learning & development
2. Expertise in curriculum design, training methodologies, and accreditation
3. Strong understanding of government regulations & grant processes
4. Proven leadership in business management & financial planning
5. Passion for empowering people and fostering transformational learning
