• Assist technicians with complex repairs and technical guidance
• Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
• Manage workflow, job allocation, and customer expectations

Requirements:

• Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician
• Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman in the motor industry
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians
• Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
