Job description

A leading Pan African Consulting firm is looking for a Technical Director : Contracts Engineer with SANRAL experience to join their growing team in Pretoria.

Requirements :

BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering
Pr.Eng Registration with ECSA
Pr CPM Registration with SACPCPM will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Employer’s Agent”, “Engineer”, Principal Agent” or similar
Experience as Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects will be advantageous
Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999 / 2017, NEC 3 / 4, GCC 2010 / 2015 and JBCC)
Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.)
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
