The Intermediate UX / UI Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms.
This position involves translating user needs and business requirements into engaging and functional designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
The designer collaborates closely with the UX / UI Lead and development teams to ensure innovative and cohesive interfaces that meet high standards of usability and aesthetics, ultimately contributing to the advancement of our technology management systems.
Job Purpose
As an Intermediate UX / UI Designer at IoT.nxt, you will be expected to bring a blend of creativity and technical expertise to our various products.
You should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and be adept at translating user needs and business requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional designs.
Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI that enhance user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential, as you will be a key player in delivering exceptional user experiences that align with our company's vision and goals.
The designer will collaborate closely with the UX / UI Lead, Product Owners, Product Specialists, and development teams to ensure cohesive and innovative interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
Key Result Areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Educational Background: Advanced certifications in UX / UI design, graphic design, or related disciplines. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related field can be advantageous.
Work Experience: 4 years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Experience in UX / UI design within technical environments such as IoT, SCADA, or related fields would be advantageous. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
