Ux / Ui Designer

A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a General / Operations Manager with experience working in a production manufacturing environment with 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Minimum Requirements

1. Matric
2. Tertiary education (Degree, Diploma or Certificates)
3. Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle
4. Must have strong managerial skills, be precise and methodical, and be fair but strict with all staff
5. MS Office (Advanced)
6. 5 years' experience in a Senior Management role
7. Must have managerial skills with the ability to manage a headcount of plus employees

Responsibilities

Stores / Warehousing

1. Supervising all warehousing staff and helping resolve problems
2. Coordinating regular stock takes
3. Investigating all stock discrepancies and correcting them as applicable
4. Being involved in alleviating bottlenecks especially during busy season
5. Produce Stock Reports on a monthly basis and monthly updates

Procurement

1. Ensuring the Buyer is up to date and all orders are received timeously
2. Checking of reports 2 - 3 times per week
3. Assisting buyer in resolving late supplier deliveries and supply issues

Production

1. Check production schedules daily to ensure planning and production is on track
2. Monitor production efficiencies are met
3. Assist the production manager in resolving bottlenecks and production problems e.g. absenteeism, breakdown on machinery etc.

General

1. Assist and work alongside the Managing Director with new projects, new machines, new product development, and new production lines etc.
2. Monitor company KPI's
