Purpose Of The Job
To define the customer interactions of the customer facing solutions. To support the ongoing design of our customer facing solution and digital experience. Responsible for designing visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly software applications. With a deep understanding of user research, design principles, and industry trends, collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that will drive the development of our software solutions. The person appointed to this position will report to the Senior Manager: Applications.

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and attributes: problem analysis, active listening, critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail. Proven work experience as a UX Designer, or similar role. Hands-on experience with HTML & CSS environments.
