UK Sales Agents

Role Overview:

As a Call Centre Sales Agent for our International UK Loft Campaign, you will be at the heart of our sales efforts, making outbound calls to prospective clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, explaining our services, and booking consultations for loft insulation. Your ability to engage with potential clients, explain complex services simply, and close sales will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to a database of leads , effectively introducing our loft insulation services and generating interest.
• Consultation Booking: Qualify leads and book appointments for consultants to visit clients’ properties.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage leads and follow up regularly to keep potential clients engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
• Customer Engagement: Use persuasive communication skills to explain the benefits of our loft insulation services and overcome objections.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the success of the Loft Campaign.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role (call centre experience is a plus).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage with clients professionally and persuasively.
• Goal-Oriented: A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a consultative sales approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, phone systems, and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills may be a plus for international campaigns).
• Availability: Flexibility to work during UK business hours
