What You Bring to the Table:

• You're not just an IT professional—you’re a UEM expert with advanced skills in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD (EntraID).
• Your technical prowess extends across multiple OS platforms (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux), scripting, and cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• You know Zero Trust inside out and can troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and integration issues with ease.
• You're well-versed in ITIL processes, handling incident, change, and problem management like a pro. And when it comes to technical documentation and standard operating procedures, you don’t just follow them—you improve them.

Your Mission:

As a UEM Solutions Architect, you will:

• Plan, document, define, and evaluate technical integration for major systems.
• Drive platform automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Work alongside international teams, vendors, and customers, ensuring platform stability and availability.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new features and components while treating security as a top priority.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A university degree/diploma in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or 10 years of IT experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 (Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator), Azure Administrator, and ITIL Foundation.
