Job Position: Truck Fleet/Scheduling Controller

Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R15 000 to R32 000 per month commensurate with experience + annual bonus

Hours: 7.30 AM to 5 PM and thereafter needs to be available on cell and laptop and also prepared to work extra hours, if any problems. Will work every second Saturday for about 2 hours.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Proven Scheduling and Fleet control experience, in managing trucks long-distance (not courier vehicles).
2. Managing and monitor Drivers and checking cameras and handling any issues that arise.
3. Oversee the loading and offloading of trucks and ensure compliance and accuracy.
4. Deal with clients – keep them updated and well advised and handle any issues (able to think fast and find good solutions).
5. Minimum Matric.
6. Must be computer literate on Excel.
7. Good calibre, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Must have savvy and common sense, with ability to cope well under pressure.
9. Strong work ethics essential.
10. Stable work record with good, contactable references.
11. Committed individual who will be prepared to be available 24/7, if necessary.
