Treasury Controller

Our client is seeking a Treasury Controller to join their team, located in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with our client's stores and area coaches in a professional manner on queries relating to the Daily Sales files.
2. Liaise with Service Providers (FNB, Paygate, GAAP, Mr & Uber) with regards to queries for Reports.
3. Accurately summarise and reconcile takings (cash-ups).
4. Assist with credit card slips when requested from Banks.
5. Escalate all outstanding queries to Supervisor & give feedback as and when applicable.
6. Reconcile all tender types on Treasury on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
7. Create and monitor regular financial reports and provide clear and concise financial summaries.
8. Stand Alone & Taste Guarantee.
9. Weekly Operational Reports/Cash and Shortage Report.
10. Deliveries duplication Reports.
11. Delivery Portal Report (Uber & Mr D).
12. Cash up Imports.
13. Daily Sales Report.

1. Advanced Excel Skills (Non-negotiable).
2. Good Communication Skills.

1. Matric (Grade 12).
2. FMCG experience.
