Travel Roving Accountant

Job Description
Our client in the leisure sector is seeking a Travel Roving Accountant. In this role, you will assist all finance divisions with ad hoc projects assigned by the General Manager of Finance. You will handle reconciliations for debtors, creditors, the general ledger, and the cashbook as needed. You will provide management with accurate financial data to support decision-making about the business's future. You will also authorize EFTs by verifying payment details and releasing NetTreasury payments.

This role helps you improve financial processes, stay updated on best practices and trends, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor of Commerce Degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Roving Accountant
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience with GAAP and IFRS
4. Minimum experience in the travel industry
5. Knowledge of Law and Government
