Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
• 1-2 years of aviation experience (mandatory experience) within a BPO or Call Centre setting
• Availability to start: ASAP

As a Travel Advisor, you’ll be responsible for assisting clients with travel bookings, providing expert advice, and ensuring top-notch customer experiences. Your aviation knowledge and BPO/Call Centre experience will be key in delivering exceptional service.
