Our client is seeking a Transport Admin Assistant/Coordinator to join their team in Mobeni, Durban!
Start Date: March/April
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (own vehicle not required)
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Warehousing, Transport, or a related field
Willingness to supervise loading at the Port
Open to occasional additional hours (weekdays or weekends)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
Work with CargoWise to update client statuses
Handle loading rates and transport bookings over the phone
Perform follow-up calls with clients, internal teams, and transporters
Ensure seamless coordination of cargo loading and transport logistics
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
