Transactional Manager / Investment Banker

A Top bank in South Africa is seeking adept individuals with legal and investment banking expertise to contribute to their forthcoming project spanning 6-12 months.

This role entails a hybrid model, requiring presence at the office for 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpretation of legal documentation pertaining to deals.
2. Conduct cash flow analysis and calculations.
3. Interpret complex datasets effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Input data into the loan system.
6. Operate within stringent deadlines to meet client needs.
7. Coordinate conference calls.
8. Oversee a portfolio of transactions.
9. Handle high volumes of work efficiently.
10. Facilitate communication between lenders and borrowers.
11. Conduct data testing for migration purposes.

Requirements:

1. Matric.
2. Relevant experience in legal and investment banking.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to thrive under deadlines.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
6. Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
7. Excellent coordination abilities.
