Training & Quality Specialist: Sanlam Direct Cape (PG 9)

Responsibilities

  1. Trainer:
    • Training & Vesting of new Sales Consultants
    • Identify need, analyse, propose and develop appropriate solutions
    • Compile (create) training material & manuals for new, existing and enhancements of products, systems and business rules.
  2. Quality Assessment:
    • Monitor & evaluate calls
    • Compiling reports on calls evaluated
    • Identify and action areas of development through quality interventions
    • Call audits
    • Assist with mentoring and coaching Quality Assessors

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Teaching Diploma, Training Qualification (advantageous)
  • Relevant qualification to ensure candidate meets FAIS Fit & Proper requirements:
    • Long-term or Short-term Qualification: Personal lines
    • RE5 Exam (advantageous)
  • 2-3 years Financial services experience
  • Call centre, customer service experience and knowledge
  • Previous experience in Training/Teaching will be advantageous

Knowledge and skills

  • Knowledge of Financial Services Products & Legislation of STI and or LTI
  • Strong coaching and presentation skills

Turnaround time
