Training Officer

Job Description:

Assist with execution of Training Strategy.

Compile training plans with entity managers and stakeholders.

Establish training needs, plan training, and report on outcomes.

Assist with induction training of production teams.

Assist with planning of skills development for employees.

Report on Learning and Development actions and Trainers.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in Training Management.
• 5 Years proven experience in training in an agricultural environment.
• Operational knowledge of AgriSETA.
• Knowledge of QCTO and Skills Development (B-BBEEE) will be advantageous.
• Competent in MS Office.
• Proficient in Afrikaans, English, and isiXhosa and/or Setswana.
