Assist with execution of Training Strategy.
Compile training plans with entity managers and stakeholders.
Establish training needs, plan training, and report on outcomes.
Assist with induction training of production teams.
Assist with planning of skills development for employees.
Report on Learning and Development actions and Trainers.
