Are you passionate about developing people and driving performance through impactful learning? We’re looking for an experienced Training Manager / Learning and Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced Automotive or Retail environment.

This role is pivotal in shaping the growth of our team by designing, implementing, and managing strategic training initiatives that align with our business objectives. Key Duties:

  1. Curriculum Development: Creating and updating training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments, tailored to specific learning objectives.
  2. Training Delivery: Facilitating workshops, seminars, and online courses, engaging participants through interactive methods and adapting delivery style to different learning needs.
  3. Needs Analysis: Identifying training gaps and organizational needs to design relevant and effective training programs.
  4. Assessment and Evaluation: Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and tracking performance improvements.
  5. Learner Support: Providing ongoing support to participants during and after training, addressing questions and concerns.
  6. Technology Integration: Utilizing e-learning platforms and other digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
