Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in Training and Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in training or management role.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design, implement, and update training content tailored to manufacturing needs, technical skills, and compliance requirements.
Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure workforce training aligns with occupational health, safety standards, and South African labor laws.
Skills Gap Analysis and Evaluation: Assess training needs, monitor progress, and update programs to align with manufacturing goals.
Performance Tracking: Report on training success and performance improvements to senior management.
Mentorship and Leadership: Lead and mentor training coordinators and external trainers to foster a learning culture.
