About the Role: Training Lead - Change Management

The Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Training Lead to spearhead our training and development initiatives. This individual will oversee all aspects of project management, including design, development, and delivery. Experience with ITIL (IT Service Management) and an understanding of agile methodologies are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Deliver Training Programs
• Manage Change Management Processes and Policies
• Conduct Skills Assessments and Infrastructure Evaluations
• Create Performance Support Plans and Digital Materials
• Partner with Learning Leaders to Schedule Training Sessions
• Upskill Trainer and Performance Support Personnel
• Maintain Training Effectiveness and Attendance Metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or Related Field
• 10 Years' Experience in Learning and Development
• Strong Stakeholder Relationships and Management Skills

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
